New construction, Additions, & Remodels –
Note – If you prefer to work with your own architect we can assist you with budget pricing on rough sketches before you invest in detailed drawings.
1. Initial consultation- Design review and budget meeting.
2. Design agreement and project research and planning begin.
3. Contractor walk-through to confirm existing conditions.
4. Final detailed contract and project scheduling.
5. We respectfully invade your space and perform our magic.
6. We leave you with a professionally completed project or remodeled space.
7. You can choose to keep your project in perfect condition with our maintenance inspection program.
Remember, we can handle any service or repair for your residential or business needs. No job is too small or out of our abilities for our clients .We give you the peace of mind that the job will be completed correctly and at a fair price.
1. Contact us via phone or E-mail and send a photo of the issue if it is a small problem ,a photo over the Web saves us all time and fuel…its easy to upload a picture on the” Contact” page . If it requires a visit we will schedule a meeting.
2. We will forward costs and schedule work upon acceptance of phone or email quote. Payment will be due upon completion on small projects. Larger projects will require a 50% down payment to secure scheduling with balance due on completion.
3. We do have a minimum pricing ( $175.00 ) but if we happen to be close by on a project we may be able to adjust costs. Don’t forget to consider other small items that may need some attention (maybe that “Honey-do” list!).
In case of Emergency: If there is an emergency repair, contact our emergency number ( received on your first project acceptance ) and we will call you back as soon as possible and dispatch assistance. Emergency charges will be assessed based on time of call.
Maintenance inspections
Sign up for our yearly inspection service by contacting the office. Costs vary with size of home or building starting at $75.00 for a standard 1 story 2000 square ft. home . You will receive a detailed report with photos of any problems we discover along with estimate to repair . If you are handy you can use this as a ” things to do list ” or schedule us to handle all or part of the repairs needed. This service can also be used for an economical review of a potential home purchase .This service is provided for not only our projects , but for anyone who respects their most valued investment and desires keeping their residence or business in top shape .
The thorough interior and exterior inspection reviews the following –
Exterior– Paint surfaces and caulking / Roofing , flashing , and gutters / Masonry / Windows and doors/ Outdoor structures / Driveways and Patios/ Landscape
Interior- Paint and caulking / Window and door seals / Exposed foundations / Faucets and drains / Plumbing systems /Electrical devices / Heating , Cooling , and Ventilation systems /Cabinetry, Millwork, and Flooring / Grout and natural stone surfaces
